Make it a hobby, but remember its a ministry ..!! We spend countless hours and many spend hundreds of dollars on hobbies. This new "hobby" takes "5 minutes per week and the cost ...??? One First Class stamp ...!" And its more than a hobby ..!! Your note, saying someone cares, will minister God's love to a man or woman far from home, who day to day wonders if they'll ever see home again. My Lord, how blessed will you be every time you seal an envelope that carries your message .... "someone back home cares what you're doing and we are so very grateful."
